AT THE GYM

The Fit4Adventure app eliminates gym intimidation by providing videos for every exercise.
 

The gym-based workouts feature barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, cardio equipment, and more—along with substitutions and modifications to suit your needs.

You'll feel confident lifting weights, knowing you can always refer back to the videos for guidance! Plus, you'll have access to a group chat for support and questions.

AT HOME

Who says you can't build strength and get fit at home?

The Fit4Adventure at-home workout program offers the same benefits as gym sessions, all from the comfort of your own space. The at-home workouts provide videos for all movements!

 

The only difference? You’ll be using dumbbells and resistance bands. Check out the testimonials from our at-home team members below!

have the tools for every adventure with coach Steph Mithcell

Hi, I'm Steph! I'm a NASM certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and additional NASM continuing education certifications in Corrective Exercise, Women's Fitness, and Nutrition.
 

I founded Fit4Adventures out of my passion for outdoor adventures and the desire to ensure my body can keep up with them! It's one thing to accomplish a goal, but it's another to do it effortlessly and with confidence.

With Fit4Adventures, I get to help others get stronger for the outdoors - which is my ultimate goal and passion in life.
